Start here and adjust slowly. This recipe is built to bring out sweetness, structure, and clarity in the coffees we roast.
How to Brew
Rinse the paper filter with hot water, then pour out the rinse water.
Add the ground coffee to the dripper and start your pour with a small bloom. After 30 seconds, continue pouring steadily until you reach the final weight. Let the coffee finish dripping and serve.
