This page explains our return, refund, and shipping practices for orders placed through Pine Flat Roastery.
1. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of roasted coffee, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on coffee products.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us at hello@pineflatroastery.com within 14 days of delivery and include your order details and photos, if available. We will review the issue and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
2. Fulfillment & Shipping
Shipping is available only within California. Free shipping on orders over $30. Free local delivery in Pine Flat, CA (ZIP 93207).
- Roast to Order: After you place your order, we typically roast on the next business day and ship via USPS after roasting. Delivery timing depends on our roast schedule and USPS transit times.
- Preorder: Preorder items are limited-supply coffees reserved in advance. By placing a preorder, you are reserving a future batch. These items do not ship immediately, and shipping timing depends on when that batch is released.
- In-Stock Items: In-stock items are ready to be packed and shipped without waiting for a future roast release.
Any shipping or processing times shown on our website are estimates only and may vary based on roast schedules, preorder release timing, and carrier delays. Risk of loss transfers to you once we hand the package to the carrier (USPS/UPS).
3. Delivery Limits
We currently ship only within the state of California.
4. Damaged or Lost Packages
If a package appears lost, arrives visibly damaged, or shows a delivery problem, contact us at hello@pineflatroastery.com within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery. We may ask for photos, tracking information, or other details needed to investigate.
